Engagement requires a signed retainer agreement specifying scope, fees, and terms. Verbal instructions are not binding unless confirmed in writing.
Fees are quoted in advance and invoiced upon service delivery or milestone. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Late payment attracts 1.5% monthly interest.
All client information is subject to attorney-client privilege and Malaysian legal professional privilege. We do not disclose client details without written consent, except as required by law.
Personal data is processed per the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). We retain client data only as long as required for service delivery and legal compliance. You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data.
Disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by Malaysian law and resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subfehaw reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes are effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
